    Just wanted to let you know I’ll be checking out your blog. Have fun! Oh, and I see you have a NEw YEar’s resolution to expand your social circle and to go to more “foodie events”. You’ll be happy to know City Palate is hosting 20 events in the next 12 months to celebrate our 20th anniversary! Hope to see you at at least one of them.

    Very interesting blog, however need to be advised what you mean when your recipe requires T of sugar (for example) I think you mean Tablespoon (Tbsp) please put me right!

    • Yes Jeanie, 1 T is a tablespoon and 1 t is a teaspoon. I hope that clears it up for you. Are you making the Mango Crisp? Let me know how it went for you. For my version I put some ground ginger and cinnamon in the topping. You could also use fresh ginger as ginger is so delicious with mango.
